Week 2: System Design
Scalability, databases, caching, messaging, API design, and trade-off discussions for senior-level roles.
Week 3: Behavioral & Leadership
STAR method, culture fit, ownership stories, conflict resolution, and demonstrating impact.
Week 4: Mock Interviews & Capstone
Full-loop simulations with engineers from FAANG-level companies, detailed feedback, and offer negotiation.
