About Us

Holberton School Lesotho is part of the global Holberton School network, a system of software engineering schools founded in Holberton, San Francisco in 2016.

Our curriculum is project-based and peer-driven, with a focus on real-world problem solving, collaboration, and mastery. Students learn in a hands-on environment that mirrors the modern tech industry—preparing them to thrive from day one.

Holberton School Lesotho was established to bridge the digital skills gap in Africa by providing world-class tech education right here in Lesotho. We welcome learners from all backgrounds who are passionate about technology and committed to growth.

We are part of a global network with campuses in the United States, France, Benin, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, and now Lesotho. Our shared curriculum and community ensure that our students benefit from international standards with a local impact.

At Holberton School Lesotho, we believe education should be accessible, inclusive, and transformative. That's why our program is fully scholarship-based—removing financial barriers and empowering talented individuals to build a better future.

Our graduates join a global community of problem solvers and innovators. They go on to build impactful careers at top tech companies and startups, or launch their own ventures—driving change in their communities and beyond.
